Position scope

As the Appearance Manager, your primary role is to oversee the Appearance department's operations. You'll be responsible for enhancing efficiency, maintaining quality standards, managing resources, controlling costs, and improving employee appearance in assigned studios.

Requierements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Excel and stock management.
  • Proven experience coordinating large teams or managing multiple activities.
  • Exceptional presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A motivational and adaptable personality with excellent multitasking and project management skills.
  • Strong discipline, responsibility, and a proactive mindset.
