About The Role

As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes while helping to monitor workforce productivity and performance. You will conduct detailed financial analysis, translating insights into clear recommendations that support business decision-making. This role will also play a key part in developing financial models and evaluating various business scenarios to drive commercial and operational success.

About You

You are a highly analytical and organised professional with advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities. You can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

With a strong business acumen and an operational focus, you are proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance productivity, and support effective decision‑making. You thrive under pressure and are equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Previous hospitality experience would be an advantage, and a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable but not essential.
