Job summary

ZCREATIX in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Design Engineer for aluminum window and door systems. You will review requirements, prepare designs, and coordinate with production and installation teams.

We require an engineering qualification and at least 1 year of aluminum system experience, with AutoCAD proficiency. You will also prepare cost estimates and maintain client communication throughout projects.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification or education in Engineering.
• At least 1 year of practical experience with aluminum window and door systems in a design, construction, or similar role.
• Experience in construction execution or project coordination is advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Strong ability to read drawings, take measurements, and prepare project documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review project requirements, site conditions, and technical specifications before preparing designs.
• Develop technical and structural solutions for aluminum doors and windows based on drawings and installation requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for manufacturing and installation of aluminum structures.
• Create, update, and review technical drawings reflecting site measurements or design changes.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to clarify details and provide progress updates.
• Prepare contracts, design documents, and records for production and project implementation.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure designs are understood and executed as approved.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges during design, manufacturing, and installation phases with practical solutions.
• Verify designs, drawings, and cost calculations meet project specifications and customer requirements.
• Follow up with relevant teams to address design-related concerns and maintain coordination.
