Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a Business Growth Lead to drive revenue expansion, market penetration, and strategic partnerships in the aluminium sector. You will shape growth strategy, identify opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives to secure the company’s leadership position.

You will manage pricing, tendering, and large-scale contracts, mentor a BD team, and coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and government bodies to expand domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy within the aluminium/metals industry.
• Experience working with extrusions, rolled products, castings, and other aluminium applications.
• Expertise in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and market intelligence.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and business analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust growth strategy to expand market share and revenue in the aluminium sector.
• Identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, product innovations, and strategic alliances.

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and global suppliers.

• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align offerings with market demand.
• Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
• Foster a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Provide training and guidance to enhance team expertise in sales and market analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government bodies, and industry associations.
• Address customer needs proactively and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
