Job summary

Glasser Technical works LLC is seeking a skilled Aluminium & Glass Fitter to install, assemble, and repair aluminium and glass structures on site in Dubai. You will read drawings, take precise measurements, fabricate frames, and fit glass components such as doors, windows, partitions, and curtain walls.

The role requires experience with aluminium fabrication, glass installation, use of hand and power tools, and the ability to work safely at construction sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Aluminium & Glass Fitter or similar role.
• Knowledge of aluminium fabrication and glass installation.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and take accurate measurements.
• Good knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Physically fit and able to work at construction sites.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, fabricate, and install aluminium frames and profiles.
• Install glass doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, shop fronts, and other glass structures.
• Read and understand drawings, measurements, and installation specifications.
• Handle and install different types of glass safely and accurately.
• Use hand tools, power tools, cutting machines, and other fitting equipment.
• Install hinges, locks, handles, rollers, silicone, rubber gaskets, and other accessories.
• Check dimensions, alignment, level, and finishing quality before completion.
• Repair, replace, and adjust aluminium and glass installations when required.
• Follow site safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other workers to complete projects on time.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in good condition.
