Job summary

LEUCORYX GENERAL CONTRACTING & MAINTENANCE LLC seeks an Aluminium Fabricator for a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi. You will measure, cut, shape and assemble aluminium components per drawings for doors, windows and façades, using various tools and fabrication machinery.

Responsibilities include on-site fitting, coordinating with supervisors, maintaining safety standards, inspecting finished work, and documenting fabrication activities to ensure project quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven practical aluminium fabrication skills: measuring, cutting, bending, assembling, finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders for fabrication and install.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools for safe operation.
• Knowledge of installing aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls and related elements.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and PPE requirements.
• Basic math to measure, calculate materials and perform quality checks.
• Able to work in a team and communicate clearly with site personnel.
• Prior aluminium fabrication or metalwork experience is advantageous; vocational training helps.

Role Description

The Aluminium Fabricator is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling aluminium components according to technical drawings and specifications for doors, windows, facades, and other structures. Day-to-day tasks include operating fabrication tools and machinery, performing fitting and installation work at project sites, and ensuring that all fabricated items meet quality and safety standards. The Aluminium Fabricator will collaborate with supervisors and other trades to coordinate work schedules, maintain tools and equipment, and follow company procedures and health and safety regulations. The role also includes inspecting completed work, making necessary adjustments, and documenting work performed as required.

Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in aluminium fabrication, including measuring, cutting, bending, assembling, and finishing aluminium profiles and sheets.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders, and translate them into accurate fabrication and installation work.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools, such as saws, drills, grinders, and specialized fabrication machinery, with a focus on safe operation.
• Knowledge of installation techniques for aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, and related building elements, including alignment and sealing.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices, PPE usage, and compliance with relevant local regulations and company safety policies.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurement, calculation of materials, and quality checks during and after fabrication.
• Ability to work effectively within a team, follow instructions from supervisors, and communicate clearly with colleagues and other site personnel.
• Previous experience in aluminium fabrication or metalwork in construction or maintenance environments; vocational training or certification in fabrication or a related trade is an advantage.
• Physical ability to perform manual work, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in varying site conditions.
