Job summary

KBR, Inc. in the UAE seeks an Alternate Site Manager to lead Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations at a designated installation in Southwest Asia.

You will supervise flight line activities, coordinate aircraft arrivals and servicing, and maintain compliance with PWS, safety standards, and government directives. As Site Manager in the absence, you’ll ensure 24/7 operations, oversee personnel, and maintain documentation, training, and readiness.

Qualifications

• US National with an active Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or TAS.
• Demonstrated experience in flight line operations and aircraft servicing.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing flight line safety and FOD prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements.
• Oversee TAS operations including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure.
• Lead and mentor personnel; maintain operational discipline and safety.
• Act as Site Manager in absence; manage daily operations and decisions.
• Coordinate daily tasking, priorities, and resolve operational challenges.
