Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field and strong academic record.
• Experience in quantitative research, algorithmic trading, market microstructure, or execution analytics.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, liquidity formation, and price discovery.
• Proficiency in Python for research, modeling, and backtesting; C++ familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities
