ALGO Software Developers will be responsible for the design and delivery of IBM Algo

Key contributor to the design and delivery of IBM Algo workflows and models to solve productivity problems

Java programming skills with demonstrated fundamentals in computer science (object-oriented design and design patterns, data structures, workflow management systems)

Experience with client User Interface (UI) technologies

The primary responsibilities of this position will include Analyzing requirements, Researching technologies, Designing and documenting software solutions, Estimating work efforts, Developing and debugging software, Writing automated unit tests and system-level tests, Refactoring code for efficiency and maintainability, and addressing defects

Experience in Risk Management technology and Regulatory Compliance Architect
