Job summary

Want More is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will survey land and property, assess boundaries and other characteristics using GPS, measuring equipment, and AutoCAD, ensuring accurate results and regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least one year of professional experience, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills to prepare detailed reports and coordinate with site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field.
• At least one year of professional experience in a similar role.
• Ability to use AutoCAD and total stations/EDMs.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify land boundaries using GPS, aerial photographs, or other technologies.
• Carry out detailed surveys on construction sites for topographic, boundary or cadastral purposes.
• Analyze survey data to determine legal boundary lines.
• Prepare detailed reports with calculations related to surveyed areas or proposed structures.
• Maintain accurate records of survey data including measurements, photographs, and field information.
• Utilize sound judgment when making decisions related to survey work.
• Remain compliant with local regulations and health and safety standards.
