Job summary

AERTEC is seeking an Airport Planner Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will contribute to the planning, design and development of airport infrastructure on major international projects, focusing on terminal and airfield planning, capacity analyses, and flight procedures.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary, international teams and support business development with client-facing technical presentations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Airport Planning or airport infrastructure projects.
• Experience in the planning and design of airport facilities is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Terminal and Airfield Planning projects.
• Perform airport capacity and demand analyses.
• Conduct airport planning studies and technical calculations.
• Carry out airspace capacity and demand assessments.
• Support the development and review of flight procedures.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and planning documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of airport projects.
• Provide support in business development activities, including proposals and client-facing technical presentations.
• Participate in meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
