Job summary

A leading Quality Assurance provider is seeking a Quality Inspector to focus on an Aircraft Seating project. This 12-month fixed employment role requires 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in engineering or aviation. Key responsibilities include inspecting parts for compliance, supporting quality audits, and liaising with project stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent project management skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in an aircraft/component maintenance environment.
• Experience in aircraft seating/fabric work preferred.
• Sound knowledge of Part 145/CAR 145/FAA 145 regulatory requirements.
• Internal auditor training/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the Quality Inspector focal for the assigned projects.
• Inspect parts assemblies and finished products to drawings and specifications.
• Conduct inspections on a wide variety of components and materials.
• Inspect aircraft components for airworthiness and correct manufacture.
• Maintain necessary inspection logs and write inspection reports.
