Job summary

Air Arabia is seeking a skilled Aircraft Painter to perform painting maintenance on aircraft during Base and Line Maintenance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and accurate recording of work. The role requires reading and understanding technical data and effective communication in English.

The technician will manage tools, materials and safety, coordinate with engineers, and contribute to on-time, high-quality maintenance checks across Air Arabia’s fleet.

Qualifications

• Training in aircraft painting.
• Ability to read/write English for technical communications.
• Computer literacy including MS Office.
• Ability to obtain UAE Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Review task cards with Engineer-in-Charge to understand work, priorities and cautions.
• Prepare and perform scheduled aircraft maintenance per instructions, ensuring parts, tools and GSE are available.
• Carry out paint repairs as instructed and per approved data and procedures.
• Ensure tooling/GSE are drawn from stores and returned in good condition after work.
• Regularly report status to Engineer-in-Charge and flag aircraft or work issues.
