Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology seeks a safety and compliance professional to oversee certification, audits, and surveillance programs within aviation safety standards. You will ensure proper certification and approvals, contribute to the annual oversight plan, and maintain data accuracy in the Q-Pulse system.

You will investigate incidents, implement corrective actions from internal surveillance, and assist with ICAO/IMS audits to uphold international standards and national regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure certification/approval and audits are managed effectively per guidelines and issue certificates/approvals.
• Contribute to the annual oversight program for audit and surveillance to ensure compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date data in Q-Pulse auditing system to ensure alignment with GCAA roles.
• Carry out investigations (e.g., ROSI) to determine causes and prevent recurrences, coordinating with other disciplines.
• Implement corrective actions from internal surveillance to align Safety Affairs standards with international standards.
• Support external audits by ICAO and IMS to ensure smooth audit processes.
