Pilot Assessments in Dubai seeks an experienced Airbus fly-by-wire wide-body Captain to operate the A380 within a 24-hour, worldwide network. Permanent line-flying role with base Dubai, 42 calendar days of annual leave, and a tax-free package.

Qualifications

• Must hold ICAO ATPL with valid license.
• Unrestricted Class 1 medical.
• Total flight time of at least 7,000 hours.
• PIC on Airbus FBW wide-body aircraft with 3,000 hours.
• Currently operating as Captain on Airbus FBW wide-body with ≥150 hours in last 12 months.
• A380 type rating required.
• English proficiency ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher.
• Eligible to live/work in UAE; visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Airbus A380 on scheduled routes including turnarounds, long-haul, and ultra long-haul sectors.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, operational checks, and crew briefings.
• Manage safe, compliant flight operations within a 24-hour operation across trips of 1-9 days.
• Lead effective crew resource management across multi-sector journeys.
• Ensure full adherence to safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Operate the Airbus A380 on scheduled routes including turnarounds, long-haul, and ultra long-haul sectors.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, operational checks, and crew briefings.
• Manage safe, compliant flight operations within a 24-hour operation across trips of 1-9 days.

What you'll bring

• License: Valid ICAO ATPL
• Medical: Unrestricted Class 1 issued by the same authority as the ATPL
• Total time: Minimum 7,000 hours (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston)
• Command time: Minimum 3,000 hours PIC on Airbus FBW wide-body aircraft (A330/A340/A350/A380)
• Current status: Currently operating as Captain on Airbus FBW wide-body with at least 150 hours in the past 12 months
• Type rating: A380 type rating required
• English: ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher
• Eligibility: Able to live and work in the UAE (visa sponsorship provided)
