Job summary

DFS Aviation Services Middle East in Dubai is seeking highly skilled Tower/Aerodrome or Approach Air Traffic Controllers to join our team. Based at DXB or DWC, you will manage air traffic flow, coordinate with external agencies, and ensure safe, orderly operations with on‑the‑job training and professional development opportunities.

You should have an ATC licence with a relevant rating, 3 years’ experience at a major international airport, strong knowledge of ATC procedures, and ICAO English

Qualifications

• ATC Licence with Aerodrome/Tower or Approach Radar rating.
• 3 years of experience at a major international airport (ideally).
• Comprehensive knowledge of ATC procedures and standards.
• Knowledge of aviation safety management systems.
• ICAO English proficiency at level 4 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage air traffic flow and provide slot allocation information as required.
• Coordinate with external agencies (adjacent ATCUs, UAE military, etc.) in a timely manner.
• Adhere to ROSI safety reporting requirements with accurate and complete information.
• Foster an atmosphere of trust where safety issues can be reported without punishment.
