Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, seeks an AI Video Creator to own end-to-end AI-driven video production for ads and product pages. You’ll lead concept, scripting, generation, editing, and delivery at scale from Puffy’s Dubai office.

Qualifications

• Proven direct-response video ads portfolio with measurable results.
• Experience with AI-driven video production workflows.
• Strong judgment on hooks, pacing and on-page conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own AI video production from concept/script to final asset.
• Produce ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and product pages at scale.
• Maintain character consistency across generated shots and real footage.
• Iterate based on CTR, hold rates and drop-off data.
