About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement innovative AI-powered solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in machine learning, cloud architecture, and software engineering, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive strategic AI initiatives across the organization.

Location. This role is remote-based in the United Arab Emirates.

What You\'ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures and scalable systems using industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data science, operations) to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.
• Lead the technical direction of AI initiatives including model selection, data pipeline architecture, deployment strategies, and MLOps practices.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks, cloud services, and infrastructure for production-grade systems.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI capabilities and validate solution approaches.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in model fairness, privacy, security, and compliance.
• Mentor data scientists and engineers on best practices in AI architecture and deployment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, research, and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML systems.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and services for AI (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).
• Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Kafka) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Familiarity with model evaluation, A/B testing, and monitoring in production.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models (e.g., LLMs).
• Experience deploying AI models at scale in enterprise environments.
• Certifications in cloud architecture or AI/ML.
