Job summary

Artefact Middle East is seeking a client-facing AI Solution Architect to lead Claude and agentic AI offerings. This hybrid role blends solution architecture, hands-on engineering, pre-sales, and business development to shape engagements with senior client stakeholders.

You'll partner with Artefact leadership, Anthropic, and clients to identify opportunities, build demos and PoCs, translate business challenges into AI roadmaps, and scale production AI programmes across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience as a GenAI Architect, AI Solution Architect or related roles.
• Hands-on track record building enterprise apps with frontier LLMs.
• Strong grasp of agentic AI, MCP, RAG, tool use, context engineering, and LLMOps.
• Solid Python, API integration and cloud engineering skills.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Confidence engaging CIOs, CTOs and senior business leaders.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially-minded approach to new offerings.
• Claude/Anthropic experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, demos, pitches and PoCs.
• Translate business challenges into AI use cases, solution architectures and roadmaps.
• Design enterprise-grade solutions using Claude, AI agents, MCP, RAG, tools and integrations.
• Build prototypes and production solutions using Python, APIs and cloud-native tech.
• Embed evaluation, security, governance, observability and human-approval controls.
• Support Claude development adoption and partner with Anthropic on joint propositions.
• Contribute to proposals, technical estimations and commercial discussions.
• Turn early PoCs into enterprise-scale AI transformation programmes.

Artefact MENA is looking for a client-facing AI Solution Architect to lead the Claude & Agentic AI offering.

This is a hybrid role involving solution architecture, hands-on engineering, technical pre-sales and business development.

What you'll do as the AI Solution Architect (Claude & Agentic AI):

• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, demos, pitches and PoCs
• Translate business challenges into AI use cases, solution architectures and implementation roadmaps
• Design enterprise-grade solutions using Claude, AI agents, MCP, RAG, tool use and enterprise integrations
• Build prototypes and production solutions using Python, APIs, SDKs and cloud-native tech.
• Embed evaluation, security, governance, observability and human-approval controls
• Help clients adopt Claude Code and AI-assisted development across their engineering lifecycle. Partner closely with Anthropic on joint accounts, propositions and reusable solutions
• Support proposals, technical estimations and commercial discussions
• Turn early PoCs into enterprise-scale AI transformation programmes

What you bring

• Experience as a GenAI Architect, AI Solution Architect, Lead AI Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer or AI Solutions Engineer
• Hands-on track record building enterprise applications with frontier LLMs
• Strong grasp of agentic AI, MCP, RAG, tool use, context engineering, evaluation and LLMOps.
• Solid Python, API integration and cloud engineering skills
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Confidence engaging CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and senior business leaders
• Background in technical pre-sales, consulting, solution engineering or client-led business development
• Ability to carry an opportunity from first idea through architecture, prototype and production
• An entrepreneurial, commercially-minded approach to building a new offering
• Claude/Anthropic experience is a strong plus - but deep experience with other frontier-model platforms works too
