Job summary

SentinelOne, Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Architect to lead customer onboarding and deliver secure, scalable deployments of SentinelOne Endpoint solutions across enterprise environments.

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex deployments, including self-hosted Kubernetes and Prompt Security implementations, while guiding customers on security best practices, governance, and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of enterprise cybersecurity with customer-facing experience.
• Experience deploying and supporting self-hosted Kubernetes deployments in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary consultant for customer onboarding and security architecture design for SentinelOne Endpoint solutions and related platforms.
• Deploy and configure Prompt Security across enterprise scenarios and advise on AI governance and data protection.
• Integrate SentinelOne capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks for detection, response, and remediation workflows.
• Own end-to-end delivery of self-hosted, customer-managed Kubernetes deployments including high availability and disaster recovery.
• Provide guidance on capacity planning for GPU-backed AI/ML workloads and long-term production readiness.
