Job summary

SentinelOne seeks a seasoned Professional Services Architect to lead customer onboarding and deliver complex deployments, including self-hosted Kubernetes and Prompt Security implementations. You will guide security best practices, platform management, and long-term success across endpoints, cloud, and AI security.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years in enterprise cybersecurity, strong Kubernetes and DevSecOps experience, and knowledge of AI security risks and governance, with certifications

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity with customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on experience deploying, operating, and troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads via Helm charts.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP as part of security architectures.
• DevSecOps experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Awareness of AI security risks (prompt injection, data leakage) and governance; security certifications expected.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant for customer onboarding activities related to SentinelOne Endpoint solutions and related security platforms.
• Deploy and configure Prompt Security across enterprise scenarios and advise on AI governance and data protection.
• Integrate SentinelOne capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows for shift-left security.
• Own end-to-end delivery of self-hosted, customer-managed Kubernetes deployments including high availability and DR planning.
• Provide guidance for GPU-backed deployments including capacity planning for AI/ML workloads.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
