Job summary

Salt seeks a Cybersecurity Specialist with hands-on AI security experience to assess and secure enterprise AI solutions, LLM applications, and agentic AI integrations. You will collaborate with AI engineering, cloud, governance, and security teams to ensure secure, compliant production-ready AI systems in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of cybersecurity engineering experience in cloud, app, or data security.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML, LLM security, or agentic AI platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI security threats, threat modelling, risk assessments, and testing.
• Hands-on experience with Azure security services and IAM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for AI/ML and agentic AI solutions.
• Perform security architecture reviews and threat modelling across AI apps and cloud environments.
• Identify and test AI-specific vulnerabilities including prompt injection and data leakage.
• Assess agentic AI MCP integrations, including identity, permissions, and sandboxing.
• Validate controls for data protection, encryption, IAM, secrets management, and API security.
• Assess RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI supply-chain risks.
• Support security monitoring, incident investigations, and remediation tracking.
• Document findings and provide actionable security recommendations.
• Ensure AI solutions meet UAE cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
