Mercor is hiring AI Safety Experts to red team English and Malayalam speaking AI systems. This is a remote contract role offering $20–$22 per hour.

As part of our safety testing program, you will generate high-quality data, annotate failures, and document reproducible results for customer action. You will collaborate with researchers and engineers to identify vulnerabilities and communicate risks clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Competenze

• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Malayalam.
• Prior red-teaming experience in AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.
• Strong communication skills to explain risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Fluent in English and Malayalam.
• Prior red teaming experience in AI adversarial work , cybersecurity , or socio-technical probing.
• Strong communication skills for explaining risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience with Adversarial ML , Cybersecurity , and socio-technical risk analysis.
• Skills in creative probing such as psychology, acting, or writing for unconventional adversarial thinking.
