Job summary

Dubai Racing Club is seeking an AI Solutions Lead to partner with departments, identify AI-enabled improvements, and guide end-to-end AI initiatives across the organization.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and recommending automation and AI technologies to improve operations and event planning while ensuring governance and security. Training and change management are included.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/AI/Data Science or related field.
Professional AI or cloud certifications desirable.
Minimum 3 years IT experience including AI projects.
Experience coordinating cross-functional technology projects.
Experience with enterprise AI platforms and analytics.

Responsibilities

Partner with departments to identify AI-enabled process improvements.
Gather business requirements and assess AI feasibility.
Recommend AI technologies and automation solutions.
Lead AI project implementations within scope, budget, and timeline.
Coordinate with IT and external vendors for AI solutions.
Develop governance guidelines for AI use and security.
Deliver training and change management for AI adoption.
Monitor performance and user adoption of AI tools.
