Jobgether is listing a Technical Support Engineer in the United Arab Emirates. You will help developers and enterprise customers build and operate products on a rapidly evolving generative AI platform, troubleshooting API, authentication, integration, and platform issues while collaborating with engineering and commercial teams.

You’ll document findings, write guides and FAQs, manage cases within SLAs, and contribute to product reliability and self-service documentation in a fast-moving AI

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical support or closely related engineering role.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across web platforms, cloud environments, APIs, and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth2, JWT, API keys).
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools in production.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across APIs, platform functionality, UI issues, integration challenges, and troubleshooting errors.
• Handle multi-channel support (email, chat, Slack) with high responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues, including OAuth and API-key authentication, HTTP errors, and rate limits.
• Investigate issues using logs, error messages, payloads, and observability data to find root causes.
• Manage support cases within SLAs, document resolutions, and escalate when needed.
• Reproduce and document bugs with engineering teams to aid resolution.
• Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback on reliability, performance and product improvements.
• Assist with feature validation and platform changes before production release.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge-base content.
