Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting seeks a Data/AI Scientist to design, develop, and industrialize AI/ML solutions for defense, civil aviation, and aerospace. You will translate operational needs into tailored algorithms, ensuring a successful Build & Run deployment within an agile team.

Required 5–7 years in AI/ML engineering, strong Python expertise, and hands-on MLOps. Onsite in Abu Dhabi with immediate start; English fluency essential; French/Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Engineering.
• 5–7 years minimum in AI/ML engineering.
• Experience deploying ML solutions to production.
• Strong client-facing workshop experience.
• Fluency in English; French and/or Arabic preferred.
• Onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE; immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Ideate with stakeholders and clients to identify needs and design custom AI solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets to select, develop, test, and validate ML/DL models for real‑world use cases.
• Implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to production deployment (MLOps).
• Communicate model objectives, performance, and business value to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Share insights and best practices across the AI Center of Excellence.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure cybersecurity, data sovereignty, and ethics standards.
