Duncan & Ross Consulting seeks an AI Governance Specialist to support the implementation and operation of our AI Governance Operating Model and Trust Framework. You will help ensure AI systems are assessed, governed, monitored and evidenced across their lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on Azure and data ecosystem experience, stakeholder management, and ability to translate policy into practical workflows and evidence packs for governance and assurance.

Qualifikationen

• 4-7 years of governance/consulting experience across tech risk, data governance, privacy, and AI governance.

Aufgaben

• AI Risk & Impact Assessments: conduct risk and use-case assessments and support mitigation tracking.
• AI Governance Operationalisation: translate policy, standards and controls into practical workflows and evidence requirements.
• AI Lifecycle Governance: support governance reviews across design, development, deployment, operation, monitoring and retirement.
• AI Use-Case & Tool Assessments: assess solutions for model risk, data/privacy risk, security, bias and ethics.
• Data Privacy & Security: assess data handling and work with Data Governance and InfoSec on controls.
• Azure AI Governance: understand solutions in Azure stack and support governance requirements.
• Cross-Functional Governance: coordinate activities across AI, Data, InfoSec, Privacy/Legal, EA and Procurement.
• Monitoring & Evidence: track controls and risks; maintain evidence for governance and assurance.
• Governance Reporting: prepare dashboards, risk summaries and committee reports.
• Framework Implementation: support AI Trust Framework and related standards.
