Job summary

PropertyDynamix in Dubai, UAE, seeks an AI Engineer focused on Real Estate Intelligence. You will build and refine the MoIRA assistant, tracing every figure to data records and periods while controlling costs and responses.

Requirements include 3+ years in production AI, strong Python/SQL, and exposure to LLM tool calling. Prior real estate familiarity with PSF concepts is a plus. Competitive salary with bonus and UAE benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production AI features with LLM tool calling and agent workflows.
• Strong Python and SQL; BigQuery or similar is a plus.
• Experience testing AI output for accuracy, not just fluency.
• Interest in real estate with understanding of PSF, absorption and off-plan sales.
• Honesty about what the data shows and what it does not.

MOIRA, our assistant, reads the official DLD register for Dubai and Abu Dhabi and helps developers and brokers price units, size markets and test strategies. You will make it smarter, faster and more trustworthy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
