Job summary

InterSystems in Dubai seeks a highly motivated AI Engineer to help design and build AI-powered tools and prototypes that empower sales, services, and operations across a global organization. Join a hands-on team focused on applying NLP, document intelligence, automation, and agentic AI across internal systems.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, develop dashboards and web-based interfaces, and document models and code.

Qualifications

• Recent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI or related STEM field.
• Basic programming in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Understanding of REST APIs.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

We are looking for a highly motivated, curious, and hands‑on AI Engineer to join InterSystems’ internal innovation and engineering teams in Dubai. This role focuses on building AI-driven tools, prototypes, and platforms that support sales teams, professional services, and business operations across a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of internal AI-driven applications and prototypes.


• Support the implementation of applied AI use cases such as natural language processing, document intelligence, automation, agentic solutions.


• Assist in integrating AI components into internal systems.


• Develop and enhance user-facing components such as dashboards and web-based interfaces.


• Collaborate with senior engineers and internal stakeholders.


• Document code, models, and user-facing features.

Experience/Qualification Required

• Recent completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related STEM field.


• Basic programming experience in Python and/or JavaScript.


• Foundational understanding of AI concepts.


• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.


• Understanding of REST APIs.


• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Desired Skills

• Exposure to AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.


• Familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, or RAG approaches.


• Experience building simple dashboards or front-end applications.


• Interest in enterprise software or healthcare systems.
