Job summary

Ryz Labs is seeking an AI Engineer to join a client project in real estate investment, delivering AI-powered solutions for deal sourcing, financial analysis and portfolio monitoring. You will design and ship production-grade AI systems, collaborating with GTM to frame problems and deploy outcomes in live client environments.

The role emphasizes ownership of the AI stack, reliability, and fast iteration, with close interaction across UK and GCC hours and securing enterprise-grade data security

Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping production software.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production: agents, RAG, tool use, evals.
• Strong understanding of AI landscape and model trade-offs.
• Solid ML fundamentals: evaluation and problem decomposition.
• Experience with enterprise security, data isolation and access controls.
• Client-facing communication and ability to explain trade-offs to partners.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic systems: multi-step agents, tool use and workflows for real investment work.
• Own the AI stack: RAG and document pipelines, model routing, and structured outputs.
• Ensure trustworthiness with evals and observability for accuracy, cost, latency.
• Build reusable infrastructure: connectors and data pipelines to accelerate deployments.
