Job summary

HireAlpha is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize AI products for banking applications in Abu Dhabi. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and frontend/backend engineers to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

3+ openings, require 5+ years of experience in product development, strong full-stack skills, and experience with Python, Rust, Golang, React or Vue.js. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI product development, preferably in banking.
• Experience building secure, production-grade APIs with observability and authentication.
• Hands-on containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and optimizes AI products for the Bank, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
• Develop robust full-stack applications and APIs using modern interfaces and event-drive backend services.
• Build reusable components and libraries using modern frameworks.

ROLE PROFILE

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in Product development, preferrable AI Products
• Strong expertise in full-stack on Backend and/or Frontend development
• Experience with modern technologies like Python, Rust Golang, React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar
• Skilled in designing and integrating secure, production-grade APIs, including API versioning, observability (monitoring, tracing, logging and implementing modern authentication mechanism
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• AI/ ML, GenAI, and agentic frameworks (LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, etc.) experience a bonus
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and deployment automation
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
