Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in trading analysis within a regulated entity.
• Degree in mathematics, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Experience running backtests that informed real decisions.
• Ability to explain trading concepts in plain English to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up analysis and recognizing when to validate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Improve trading performance, monetise client flow and strengthen risk management by combining trading expertise with AI.
• Design and oversee automated market monitoring and alerting.
• Analyse spreads, slippage and liquidity provider performance for optimal execution.
• Investigate trading anomalies, feed outcomes into detection logic to reduce false positives.
• Run structured backtests of hedging strategies and agent decision rules.
• Maintain SOPs for trading analysis, agent supervision and hedging.
• Evaluate liquidity providers and platform configurations to improve pricing and reliability.
• Automate accurate reporting for trading, risk and commercial teams.
