PropertySuite in Dubai is seeking an AI Performance Marketer who blends AI with paid and organic acquisition across ads, email, LinkedIn and content. You’ll own campaigns, budgets, and tracking, deciding your package with revenue upside.

You will craft variants, optimize in real time, and ensure every campaign feeds the CRM with qualified consultations and bookings. This is a hands-on, self-directed role in a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success with paid campaigns and ROI.
• Experience using AI to build and optimize campaigns.
• Strong understanding of attribution and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition: campaigns, budgets, creative, landing pages and tracking.
• Own organic & outreach: email, LinkedIn, SEO content and unPaid channels.
• Build with AI: copy variants, audience research and reporting.
• Tie campaigns to revenue: bookings in CRM, not impressions.
• Hold and report your monthly committed number.
