Job summary

Ascendancy is hiring a full-stack engineer in Dubai to own features end-to-end, from scoping to deployment. You will build high-quality applications emphasizing performance, security, and clean design, collaborating with product and design teams.

You will contribute to AI-driven features, including LLM workflows and agents, while shaping authentication and data layer design. The role requires startup experience in fast-moving environments, strong UX sensibility, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend.
• Proficiency with Python, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience building or integrating AI agents, LLM workflows, or AI-enabled products.
• Experience designing secure authentication, authorization, and database systems.
• Experience working on public-facing platforms or production-grade user applications.
• Startup experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong product sense and eye for UX/UI design quality.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Own and build product features end-to-end from scoping and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment
• Develop high-quality, user-facing applications with a focus on performance, security, and clean design
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams
• Contribute to AI-driven features including LLM workflows and agents
• Shape user experience and underlying systems including authentication and database design
