Job summary

OneBullEx is seeking a highly technical, AI-forward Business Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of bridging business operations and data engineering. You will gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications for the Data Engineering team, enabling rapid, AI-assisted dashboard and report delivery in Grafana and QuickBI.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle, facilitate

Qualifications

Fluent bilingual in English and Chinese for regional collaboration.
Hands-on Alibaba Cloud, Grafana and QuickBI experience.
Ability to use AI-enabled tools and code-driven workflows to build dashboards.
Understanding of APIs, data warehouses (DWD, DWS, ADS, ODS) and BPM/workflow solutions.
Experience producing BRDs, FRDs, use cases, maps, diagrams, and UAT plans.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs for data engineering.
Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process maps, and UAT plans.
Support project planning, milestone tracking, issue logging, and documentation upkeep.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, UX designers, and QA throughout the product lifecycle.
