This role focuses on turning customer insights and market data into creative hypotheses, leveraging AI to rethink idea generation and validation, and collaborating with Design, Growth, and Product teams to test and scale concepts.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer insights, market research, and performance data into creative hypotheses
• Use AI to rethink how ideas are generated, validated, and produced
• Work closely with Design, User Acquisition, Growth, and Product teams to launch, test, and scale new creative concepts
• Evaluate ad performance beyond CTR and CAC to generate actionable insights
• Continuously explore new formats, angles, and narratives
