Job summary

Confidential is seeking a highly creative, AI-native Designer who blends strong visual design fundamentals with hands-on experience using Generative AI tools. The role goes beyond traditional graphic design to craft branding, campaigns, digital experiences, presentations, video, and motion.

The candidate should move rapidly from concept to high-quality execution, developing creative concepts from scratch and leveraging AI to accelerate production while maintaining brand consistency and visual

Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and creative thinking.
Demonstrable portfolio of AI-generated or AI-assisted creative work.
Advanced understanding of composition, typography, branding, color, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
Advanced understanding of prompt engineering for creative production.
Ability to maintain character, product, environment, and visual-style consistency across AI-generated assets.
Ability to move rapidly from idea → prototype → refinement → production.

Responsibilities

Develop compelling creative concepts, visual identities, campaigns, and digital experiences.
Use Generative AI extensively for image generation, video, animation, ideation, storyboarding, design exploration, and production.
Translate briefs and strategic ideas into strong visual narratives and creative directions.
