Job summary

8Flamez in Dubai is seeking a meticulous finance/bookkeeping lead to manage the books for the Ventures holding company and each new venture. You will reconcile banks, manage invoices, and run intercompany allocations.

You will implement AI-driven automations, automate month-end processes, and ensure UAE VAT compliance, with English fluency required; Arabic is a bonus. Hybrid Dubai role with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

You must be meticulous about records, reconciliations and numbers.
Experience running month-end for multiple businesses.
Proficient with Xero, QuickBooks or Zoho Books.
Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
UAE VAT experience with filing and audits.
English fluent; Arabic a bonus.

Responsibilities

Keep separate, accurate books for the Ventures holding company and each venture.
Reconcile banks, cards, online store sales, subscription billing and payment gateways.
Manage customer and supplier invoices, chase missing documents and overdue balances, and prepare payment runs.
Maintain inventory and product cost records, reconcile approved payouts.
Record intercompany transactions and cost allocations with balanced books.
Deliver monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash reports.
Set up clean books for new ventures and build automations.
