Job summary

ECS | Enterprise Change Specialists is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join the IT Innovation and Partnership team. You will drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact technology solutions, focusing on consistent PoC launches throughout the year.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing external partners, and ensuring agile governance. Aviation/travel experience is preferred to tailor solutions to our operational environment, with emphasis on organizing

Qualifications

• Experience managing full project lifecycle for digital transformation and AI initiatives.
• Proficient in Scrum or Kanban for PoC deliveries.
• Experience coordinating with external technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, or AI startups).
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Cloud Sandbox environments, and API integrations.
• Strong ability to translate technical requirements for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners, maintaining governance within an agile framework.
• Support the growth of the innovation hub by managing sandbox environments for testing.
• Plan and execute large-scale technology events and hackathons to drive engagement and partnerships.
• Understand aviation/travel operations to tailor solutions for our operational environment.
