Job summary

Caliberly is seeking an innovative and analytical AI Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using structured and unstructured data to drive value and better decisions.

You will collaborate with data engineers and software developers, perform feature engineering and model monitoring, communicate results to non-technical stakeholders, and stay current with AI research. A strong ML background and cloud experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and AI algorithms for business problems (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems).
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI models into production.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data cleaning.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance.
• Communicate results and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in AI and ML.
