Job summary

A leading tech services firm in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support AI and data operations. You'll engage with tech leads and product owners to ensure project scope, timelines, and risks are managed effectively. Ideal candidates have a background in Agile methodologies, strong communication skills, and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps and Jira. Certifications in Scrum or PMP are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Scrum Master project coordination, PMO, or junior PM roles.
• Certifications are a plus: Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM.
• Familiar with Agile and hybrid delivery in consulting or product environments.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operations of AI & data practice.
• Run standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retros.
• Track timelines, milestones, budgets, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
