Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Dubai seeks an AI Architect to own the architecture and industrialization of AI capabilities across Generative AI to enterprise processes, ensuring measurable, secure, and production-ready solutions.

You will define target architectures, build workflows using Langflow, LangChain, and Flowable, govern evaluation, observability, and security, while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years hands-on GenAI/LLM experience.
• Experience in AI governance, security and production-grade deployments.
• Strong architectural leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Define target architectures for LLM, RAG, Agentic AI and multimodal capabilities.
• Architect and implement AI/workflow solutions using Langflow, LangChain and Flowable (BPMN 2.0).
• Establish AI evaluation strategy, Golden Dataset methods, and observability frameworks.
• Define production observability covering drift, quality, feedback loops, and re-evaluation of solutions.
• Design local and sovereign model architectures (Ollama, vLLM, Hugging Face) and assess cost and security trade-offs.
• Define RAG pipelines and CV pipelines for classification, detection, segmentation, and anomaly detection.
• Govern MLOps/LLMOps lifecycle from development to deployment and monitoring.
• Act as AI architecture authority, guiding engineers and communicating with stakeholders.
