Job summary

EDB's Analytics & AI Account Executive for the Middle East & Africa leads strategic overlay initiatives to accelerate Platform and Analytics revenue. You will partner with Sales Account Executives to generate opportunities, enable the field, and align analytics solutions with account plans across MEA.

You will design targeted campaigns, leverage MEDDIC in closing complex enterprise deals, and help customers modernize data platforms while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive growth

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise technology sales.
• Experience selling Analytics, AI, data platforms, cloud, databases or related enterprise technology.
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills & ability to use MEDDIC framework in closing complex enterprise deals.
• Demonstrated ability to create pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound opportunities.
• Experience selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of Analytics, AI, data platforms, data modernization, or related technologies.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior technology and business executives.
• Strong discovery, qualification, negotiation, forecasting, and closing skills.
• Ability to operate effectively as an overlay across multiple Account Executives and accounts.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence without directly owning the broader account relationship.
• High level of commercial ownership, urgency, and accountability.

Responsibilities

Analytics & AI Account Executive - Middle East & Africa (MEA)

The Analytics & AI Account Executive is a strategic overlay role partnering directly with our Sales Account Executives to accelerate Platform and Analytics revenue. This role bridges deep domain expertise with tactical sales execution to drive opportunity generation, deal velocity, and field enablement.
