Job summary

Mondia Media is seeking an AI/ML engineer to shape how AI transforms work within the company. You will scout emerging AI technologies, pilot new tools, and coordinate cross-department adoption projects, with a focus on enhancing our internal Knowledge Hub so employees can leverage AI effectively.

Qualifications

• Design multi-step planners and memory systems.
• Integrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, databases.
• Build reliable agent pipelines; handle ambiguity.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for latency, accuracy, and cost.
• Implement guardrails, safety layers, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to find automation opportunities.
• Contribute to internal tooling to accelerate agent development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic architectures including multi-step planners and memory systems.
• Build and maintain agent pipelines that can handle ambiguity and recover from failures.
• Integrate LLMs (Claude, GPT, open-source models) with tools and enterprise systems.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure reliability, cost, and latency in production.
• Implement safety layers and human-in-the-loop controls for autonomous systems.
• Optimize for token costs, latency budgets, rate limits, and context window management.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to identify high-value automation opportunities.
