Job summary

Info Resume Edge is seeking a proactive Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex IT projects using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, manage timelines and stakeholder expectations while driving continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders, track progress with Jira/Azure DevOps, report velocity and burndown, and coach teams in Agile best

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects using Agile frameworks such as Scrum Kanban or SAFe. The Agile PM will facilitate collaboration remove impediments manage timelines and stakeholder expectations and ensure continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning execution and delivery of Agile projects in alignment with business goals.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.

• Collaborate closely with product owners scrum masters developers QA and stakeholders.

• Track project progress using Agile tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps Trello) and report metrics such as velocity burndown and team performance.

• Manage project scope timelines risks and resources ensuring alignment with Agile principles.

• Serve as a coach and mentor to team members in Agile best practices and continuous delivery.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels providing clear updates and managing expectations.

• Identify and resolve blockers elevate issues as needed and ensure teams stay focused and productive.

• Coordinate with other Agile teams or programs in scaled environments (e.g. SAFe LeSS).

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred).

Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI-ACP SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification (required or preferred).

Experience:

• 35 years of experience in Agile project or program management.

• Proven experience delivering complex IT or software projects using Agile methodologies.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe etc.).

• Strong facilitation organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Rally Azure DevOps).

• Ability to lead without authority and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
