Job summary

Al Rostamani Trading Company seeks a Business Analyst for the After Sales Department to analyse data, identify trends and provide insights to drive growth. You will develop dashboards, forecast demand for services and parts, and collaborate with IT, sales, finance and marketing.

The role requires a 3–5 year track record in data analytics or business analysis within automotive or retail sectors and a bachelor’s degree in related fields; advanced certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced degree or certifications in BA/Data Science or Sales Analytics are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze after sales data (service and parts) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor after sales performance.
• Create accurate after sales forecasts based on historical data, market conditions, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Service, Parts, and Workshop teams to develop data‑driven sales plans and targets.
• Monitor KPIs and benchmarks against industry standards.
