• 5+ years of experience as an Affiliate or Partnership Manager in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate partnerships across multiple brands.
• Manage relationships with existing affiliates and recruit new partners.
• Negotiate commission structures and promotional campaigns.
