Ontime Group is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our this role you will be responsible for promoting and selling our aesthetic services and wellness packages helping clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals through personalized consultations and guidance.

Your passion for aesthetics along with your exceptional sales skills will be key to driving growth and ensuring our clients satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their aesthetic desires and needs
• Provide expert advice on appropriate aesthetic services and wellness packages
• Conduct consultations and assessments for potential clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics through effective sales strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events
• Stay updated on industry trends new products and competition in the aesthetic market
• Assist in organizing workshops events and seminars to promote services

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales preferably within the aesthetics beauty hair transplant or wellness industry
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
