Job summary

Intelligent Solutions HR Consultancy is recruiting for a Dubai-based aesthetic healthcare provider seeking a Marketing Executive. The role is hands-on, requiring at least 1 year of marketing/digital experience, with responsibilities spanning social content creation, calendar coordination with an external agency, and performance monitoring across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta and other platforms.
• Ability to capture content in a clinic environment and stay current with trends.
• Basic understanding of Meta advertising and performance metrics.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with external agencies and giving feedback.
• Creative, proactive, hands-on and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in aesthetic/dermatology/beauty/healthcare is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Capture Instagram Stories, Reels, Lives and other engaging social media content within the clinic.
• Identify creative content opportunities and coordinate with the external agency on the content calendar.
• Ensure planned content is captured and delivered to the agency on time.
• Coordinate with performance marketing agency on ongoing digital campaigns.
• Participate in weekly performance meetings and follow up on actions.
• Monitor Meta campaigns, lead volumes, performance and quality.
• Review incoming leads and provide feedback on lead relevance to the agency.
• Identify trends and opportunities and communicate to management.
• Support marketing initiatives and explore new social media trends and content opportunities.
