Qualifications

• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical laser devices.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and technical diagnostics.
• Willingness and ability to travel across Dubai; a valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of aesthetic and medical laser devices.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and optimal performance of equipment at client facilities.
• Deliver professional technical support to clients both on-site and remotely.
• Maintain accurate service records and identify potential issues.
• Provide on-call support for urgent service needs.
